"I want to let everyone know what great insurance agents I’ve run into. And they are now my agents. I previously had progressive who treated me like dirt . Refused to pay a claim. Left me in Colorado after an accident and refused to help me getting back and actually refused to get my personal property back , as I was injured and had no way of transporting these tings back. Also my car was totaled and was then ripped off of my personal property while sitting at the salvage yard and Progressive refused to help me replace it.I'm disabled and really needed some assistance.but never received any. Horrible, horrible company.
Not did Glen my new agent at State Fatm saved me hundreds of dollars per year on a much better policy that I had with Progressive.But their customer service is simply remarkable. They follow up on every detail and make sure you understand your new policy thoroughly. Very efficient, but besides that are some of the most friendly people I’ve ever met.
